NEVA ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 3 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges: Shipping service is charged at Rs.45 per delivery. We provide Free Shipping service only if the product is "Free Shipping Enabled" under some special offer or scheme.

Cash on Delivery: We also provide cash on delivery Service. COD is additionally charged Rs.50 apart from the Total Cart Value.

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the maximum delivery time would be within 7 to 10 business days of shipping.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

International Locations: We also deliver to locations outside India but only if the order is in bulk Quantity. Please Call at 0161-3044290.

Tracking Packages: For tracking purposes, Neva sends a tracking information mail to the customer, which includes the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package again before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

We are not liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due the flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any Force Majeure that is beyond our control. Complaints filed in cases of fraudulent payments/non-Remittance of payment will be under exclusive jurisdiction of Ludhiana Courts only.

 Return Policy

  • For initiating return/exchange make sure the product should be in original condition and the tags are intact.
  • No money will be refunded, only exchange applicable on return.
  • Pickup/Return service will be available only if Aramax pickup service is available at customer location. Otherwise the product has to be returned by the customer himself.
  • In case of size and color defect or any other defect by the manufacturer in the ordered products there will no return charges applicable to customer.
  • If the customer has ordered incorrectly, then shipping charges will be borne by them.
  • Customer will pay the return shipping charges Rs. 50 per 500gms weight of parcel after packing.
  • In case of return pickup, the Invoice/Return Form should be handed over to the pickup person separately.
  • The exchanged order will be dispatched only after we receive the return package.


Order once confirmed and shipped out cannot be cancelled. However, any cancellation within 24 hours of placing orders will be accepted.
